HOW CAN I KNOW THE SIZE OF MY RING?
Many of our Rings are adjustable so you won't have any problems. However, if you are interested in a specific non-adjustable ring, we recommend that you consult our 𝗥𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 to find the perfect option for you:

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE NECKLACES?
There are generally two collar sizes, the medium 45 cm or 50 cm with a 5 cm extension and the long 76 cm. In some items you have the option to choose the size you prefer. In any case, do not hesitate to consult the listings where you can find the exact measurements.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE JEWELS MADE OF?
Most of our Jewels are made of Sterling Silver or 18k Gold-plated Sterling Silver. All are allergy free and lead and nickel free.
In any case, to avoid any doubts you may have detailed the metal of each Jewel in the listing.

WILL THE BATH GET RID OF ME OVER TIME?

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE RETURN?
You have 14 days to return the product if you have received it and you do not want it or it does not meet your expectations.

If the product is defective or has malfunctions during the first 2 years since you have received it, you can execute the guarantee. In this case it is repaired or replaced by a new one.

DO I HAVE TO BEAR THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
⁕Custom or personalized orders
⁕Items on sale

Standardized items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further return instructions before shipping the item back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Jewels "made-to-order" and other custom made items can unfortunately not be returned.
We also do not accept returns for items from our OUTLET section or LAST CHANCE section.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You are responsible for the product's return until we receive it back to our Atelier. The return can be made through any Service. We provide you with the Return Bill, which must be printed and signed twice and added in and out of the package. We highly recommend to add a tracking number to it, so we can follow where the item is.

We process refunds approximately 14 days after getting the package back. Refunds are charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

HOW WILL YOU RETURN MY MONEY BACK?
In the cases of payment by card or paypal, the money is returned directly to the same means of payment.

If you have made a payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery. The money is returned directly by bank transfer.

In any case, you will see the money credited within a period of between 4 and 6 working days once we have received the product in our warehouse.

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE?
If the order has not been processed yet, that is, you do not have a tracking number available, you can make the change.

If the order has already been processed, that is, you have the shipping tracking number. You can place a new order, and when you receive the previous one, return the product you don't want.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not already been shipped. Once shipped, if you need to cancel your order, you must wait for it to arrive and return it.

With these simple cares, your Neraidas pieces will look shiny and transparent for a long time:

* PROTECT YOUR PARTS FROM DIRT.

The dust from the environment makes them dirty and the simple contact with the skin oil makes the dirt adhere to the metal and the transparent surface tarnishes, losing its initial shine. It is recommended that you store your pieces in their original gift box to protect them from external factors such as direct sunlight, dust, air and humidity.

* REMOVE YOUR PIECES FROM MOISTURE.

Moisture is sensitive to all metals causing them to oxidize, lose their bath or blacken over time. Likewise, glass pieces with floating organic elements inside such as flowers, leaves, seeds in contact with air and humidity can easily deteriorate. Avoid taking the pieces to very humid environments with high condensation such as the gym, the spa, the pool or the beach. Never shower with your jewel, or leave it in the bathroom. If your jewel is a ring it is best to always remove it before washing your hands. If it's a piece of glass, avoid wearing it to cook as the fumes can cloud the glass.

* KEEP AWAY FROM CHEMICALS.

It is best not to expose the pieces to chemicals or alcohol-based products, such as perfume, cologne, hairspray, cleaning products or acetone as this can compromise the integrity of your jewelry.

* PROTECT THEM FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

Environmentally friendly resin parts should be kept away from extreme heat sources. They are durable and strong but care must be taken not to overheat the parts. We use high quality UV resistant resin, but to avoid slight loss of color it is recommended not to expose for a long time to direct sunlight. We recommend that you do not sunbathe with them.

* KEEP THEM SEPARATELY.

Store your jewelery separately to avoid that rubbing between them can damage the surface with scratches. It is advisable to keep them in their original gift box, in bags or compartments in an orderly manner.

* OTHER FACTORS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT.

Other factors that can influence the oxidation of metals such as silver or bronze is the PH of each skin, contact with body creams, chlorine, hair products or perfumes. Take special care of your jewelry in the summer time and avoid wearing them for sports.

* CLEANING OF THE PARTS.

To clean the metal chains and bases, you can use a metal cleaning cloth that you will find in jewelry stores. It will also help you clean the sterling silver.

If the surface of the resin tarnishes over time, using an eyeglass-cleaning cloth will be enough to restore its shine again. To clean the glass, nothing better than using a little glass cleaning liquid on a dry cloth.
